Katherine Jackson and her people insist the incident involving Jermaine Jackson's son, Jaafar, and the stun gun was an isolated event -- but TMZ has obtained a home movie that shows Jaafar is no stranger to playing with guns.
The scene -- which appears to have been shot several months ago -- begins with Jaafar (left) barging into Jermajesty's room, Airsoft gun drawn, and then ordering his little brother to get on the ground. Jaafar pushes Jermajesty to the ground, pretends to pistol-whip him, handcuffs him and then gives the youngster an incomplete version of his Miranda rights.
Jaafar then tells his brother, "Don't move or I'll bust your head open."
Jaafar then cocks the gun, points it to Jermajesty's head, pulls the trigger and you hear the click. Jermajesty plays dead and Jaafar drags him by the leg out of the room.
TMZ decided not to post the video.
As for the stun gun incident, sources tell TMZ Jaafar pointed the weapon at two of Michael Jackson's kids -- Blanket and Prince -- but the family insists the two kids weren't even in the same room.
Our sources say the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services are still reviewing the stun gun incident.
Erin Andrews' stalker, Michael David Barrett, was just sentenced to 30 months in prison.
Barrett -- who pled guilty in December to one count of interstate stalking -- has until noon on May 3 to turn himself in. Barrett also has to stay 100 yards away from Erin and her family at all times.
Barrett was accused of secretly videotaping Andrews while she was naked in multiple hotel rooms.
During a news conference after the hearing, Erin said she wished Barrett was sentenced to more time behind bars. She also said she considers Barrett a sexual predator.
It was the moment Howard Stern fans were waiting for -- JD showed up in Los Angeles on Friday night for his date with Ashley Dupre ... and got a superstar's welcome.
Stern gave JD $5,000 to spend on Ashley any way he wanted -- and he chose to fly out to Los Angeles for a night on the town. They went to Nobu for dinner but what we wanted to know ... what were they planning for breakfast?
TMZ has learned the Milledgeville Police Department has seized security camera footage from the Capital City nightclub where Ben Roethlisberger allegedly sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman.
According to the owner of the club, the footage was shot on the night of the alleged incident.
Sources close to the investigation tell us there were multiple cameras in several locations around the club -- and we're told Roethlisberger can be identified in some of the footage.
When we asked the owner if the alleged incident was caught by the cameras -- the owner declined to comment.
TMZ has obtained the raw footage of the "Jersey Shore" boardwalk brawl that a couple claims was edited to make them look like the aggressors and not Ronnie and Sammi ... but after watching it, we're still not sure who's to blame.
Joshua Thomas and Kristin Perrenod claim the footage -- which they submitted as an exhibit in the lawsuit they filed against MTV -- proves the network and the "Jersey" producers diced up the tape in a way that was "inconsistent with what really took place."

Some people can hold it. Kelly Clarkson is not one of those people.
Kelly was performing in Germany on Friday night when she mysteriously disappeared from the stage during a song. The band covered for her for a bit before she finally returned. She finished the song and then admitted, "I'm really sorry, I had to pee."
Anderson Cooper, always the gentleman, walked former First Lady Nancy Reagan to her car after an event in Los Angeles yesterday ... and then drove off with her.
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is risking serious injury -- and possibly his $67 million contract -- and it's all for a secret, indoor passion. Dude plays in an adult recreational soccer league.
TMZ has confirmed that Romo participates in an indoor 6-on-6 league in Texas -- a league that even requires players to sign an injury waiver ... even though slide tackling and the use of cleats are strictly forbidden.
We obtained footage from Tony's most recent game -- and dude doesn't look too bad ... in fact, he even scored a goal.
As far as the Cowboys are concerned -- they're not. A rep for the team tells us, "He's been playing in off-season basketball and soccer leagues in the area since he became an NFL player, so it must not be something that is in his contract."
No word if Jessica Simpson is allowed to attend games.
Debbie Rowe -- the mother of Michael Jackson's two oldest children Paris and Prince -- claims she's "worried" about her kids' brother, Blanket.
During a shopping trip in Calabasas earlier today, Rowe said she knows nothing about the investigation into the stun gun incident at the Jackson compound in Encino -- where Michael's kids and Jermaine's kids are all currently living with Katherine Jackson.
But Rowe did admit that she was aware of the reports that Jaafar Jackson was playing with a stun gun while Blanket was nearby. When asked if she was worried about Blanket, Rowe said, "Of course I'm worried ... why would I not be worried about a child? He is their brother."
Rowe claimed she's never been to the Jackson compound -- but told us she has been visiting Michael's tomb recently and tries to visit as often as she can.
Jermaine Jackson has finally admitted that his son, Jaafar Jackson, purchased a "little thing" online recently ... but Jermaine claims his child never used it on Michael Jackson's son, Blanket.
It's all part of a new interview Jermaine just gave to Dutch TV's "rt(4)," in which Jackson never explains what the "little thing" is ... but it's easy to read between the lines.
But the big question: Is Jermaine saying he knew his 13-year-old son was buying a stun gun online?
We're pretty sure The Situation, Pauly D and Ronnie were not in "The Hurt Locker" -- but if they were, this is what it would look like.
It's all part of a series for "Lopez Tonight" where the "Jersey Shore" peeps reenact scenes from this year's Best Picture list. The "Hurt Locker" clip airs Monday night -- and scenes from "Avatar," "Up In The Air," "Precious," "Inglourious Basterds" and "The Blind Side" will air throughout the week.
Scotty Lago thinks the woman who got down on her knees in Vancouver and simulated kissing his crotch -- the infamous photo that got him kicked out of Vancouver -- was a set-up, because she tried to do basically the same thing to Michael Phelps.
The bronze medal-winning snowboarder was super chatty on his way into "Jimmy Kimmel Live," claiming the chick who kissed his medal and then went South had also approached Michael Phelps and tried dragging him into a make-out session.
As for the Olympic Committee making him leave Vancouver before the closing ceremony -- Scotty says he's pissed.
For most people, falling 30 feet through a roof, surviving an attack by wild dogs and expressing disappointment in the lack of urine to drink all sounds insane ... but for "Man vs. Wild" star Bear Grylls, it's just another Thursday.
