Michael Lohan's ex girlfriend lacks the superpowers required to be in two places at one time ... and therefore she says it's impossible she violated Michael's restraining order.
Michael told cops in January Erin Muller violated the order by calling his cell phone.
Erin's lawyer, Bryan Konoski, says the phone number Michael claims Erin called him from is actually a land line in Las Vegas ... and he says he can prove Erin was in NYC.
In documents filed by Bryan in Nassau County, the lawyer says Erin has 11 witnesses who can prove she wasn't in Sin City.

Lindsay Lohan's dad had a heart attack today, according to his girlfriend/non-doctor Kate Major.
Michael Lohan was taken to a hospital in New York after suffering chest pains that radiated to his arms. Kate says an EKG showed evidence of a heart attack.
Kate says Michael is at St. Francis Hospital in Manhasset. She says Michael will undergo a "procedure" but wasn't specific.
Back on March 6, Michael suffered chest pains and was told by his doctor that he needed a heart catheterization.

E*TRADE is firing back at Lindsay Lohan's claims that the online investment company ripped-off her name and likeness in its "Lindsay is a milkoholic" commercial.
E*TRADE issued the following statement to TMZ -- "We believe the claims are without merit and we intend to defend ourselves vigorously in this case."
The investment company says its commercial was meant to be "witty and memorable."
The commercial features a baby named Lindsay -- who gets accused of being the "milkoholic" other woman in a baby love triangle.

Erin Muller says she found a GPS tracking device attached to the undercarriage of her car two weeks ago ... and Erin tells TMZ she believes her ex Michael Lohan is the one who put it there.
Muller claims her dad found the device -- which can track the whereabouts of her vehicle in real time -- while he was checking for an oil leak.
Muller says when she showed cops the device, they told her it's the same kind they use to track their own vehicles.
According to Muller's lawyer, cops are investigating the situation as a felony eavesdropping case -- and, as a result, Erin says she's so paranoid that she's going to have her apartment swept for bugs.
We spoke to Lohan, who told us Erin is "full of crap."

Lindsay Lohan wants $100 million from E*TRADE -- because she believes their "milkaholic" baby featured in their Super Bowl commercial was modeled after her ... and as far as Lindsay's concerned, the smoking gun is all in the name.
The commercial features a baby named Lindsay -- who in the spot, is accused of being the "other woman" in a baby love triangle.
Lohan has filed a lawsuit in Nassau County Supreme Court in NY, first obtained by the NY Post, in which she claims E*TRADE violated Lohan's rights by using her "name and characterization" in business without paying her or getting her approval.
Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, tells TMZ it doesn't matter that the commercial doesn't mention the name Lohan, adding, "Do you know the name Oprah? Do you know the name Madonna? Same thing."
Ovadia had no comment on the "milkaholic" reference, saying "If you look at the commercial as a whole, it's Lindsay Lohan."
E*TRADE had no comment.

Michael Lohan is still alive and kicking ... and, sorry, but he plans on sticking around for a while.
Michael -- who was hospitalized over the weekend for chest pains -- was at the Suffolk County District Court yesterday for his ongoing battle with his ex girlfriend Erin Muller, where he said he's "felt better."
We've also learned Michael was told by his doctor that he needs a heart catheterization, and that Michael is now taking medication to thin his blood and nitroglycerin to make sure his heart doesn't act up.

Michael Lohan is out of a Massachusetts hospital after a medical scare last night -- but he's not out of the woods yet.
Lohan experienced chest pains and was rushed to the hospital as he was preparing for a celebrity boxing match. He was examined by docs there, but didn't stay the night.
His girlfriend, Kate Major, tells TMZ Lohan wants to be checked out by doctors in New York. He is scheduled to see a cardiologist this week.
Major says Lohan has been very conscious of his health lately -- watching what he eats and exercising -- but he's had heart attacks before.
Lohan had to be replaced in his celebrity boxing bout last night against Todd Poulton -- we don't know who he is either.

While at his runway show in Milan this weekend, Lindsay Lohan planted a wet one on 69-year-old male Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli.
For at least a moment, Lindsay was the face of Cavalli.

Michael Lohan is trying to enlist the help of famed lawyer Robert Shapiro in Lindsay Lohan's DUI probation case ... this after M.L. was shut down by the judge on Friday.
Michael was a no-show for Lindsay's hearing Thursday, but on Friday he went to the courthouse in Beverly Hills and tried going before Judge Marsha Revel. We're told the judge muzzled him, saying she would not let him appear in Lindsay's case.
Michael tells TMZ the judge told him to hire his own lawyer, who could then confer with the prosecutor who is handing Lindsay's DUI probation case.
Michael thinks his daughter is in trouble with substance abuse.
No immediate reaction from Shapiro or Lindsay's lawyer.

Lindsay Lohan's DUI progress hearing was in court today, so here's a pic that will surely impress the judge: Lindsay leaving a club in London -- today at 4:30 AM!
Fact is ... Lindsay didn't have to show up in Bev Hills court because she's attending her alcohol ed classes as required. Her lawyer, the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, will take care of business.

UPDATE: We were just in court. The judge gave Lindsay a thumbs up on her progress report.

Michael Lohan just admitted in court that he's been a deadbeat dad.
Michael went before a judge today in Nassau County, NY -- after Dina Lohan claimed he had fallen 7 months behind in child support.
The hearing was closed and no one said how much Michael was in arrears.
Back in November TMZ broke the story that Michael was $15,100 behind in child support payments.
We're told Michael fessed up to being 7 months behind and promised the judge he'd become current by the time he's back in court on March 24.

Sounds like Samantha Ronson is throwin' Lindsay Lohan out for good -- partly because LiLo may have thrown her butt at her.
In an interview with AMP 97.1's Stryker in L.A., Ronson said she was recently tossed from a club because "a certain somebody" was hurling cigarettes at her all night.
When asked if it was her ex -- who she reunited with earlier this week -- Sam said "I can only guess."
Ronson also said the two don't talk a lot anymore. Wonder why?
